How do I enroll in GoCardless?

Will I be charged a convenience fee if I enroll?
No, you will not be charged an additional fee for enrolling in GoCardless.
We prefer you to use GoCardless for paying invoices.
Will I be able to review my invoice before payment is processed?
Absolutely. You’ll receive an electronic copy of your invoice every month.
Our regular terms still apply, whether your on a 7, 14 or 31 day account.
After you receive your invoice, you’ll have your term days to review it,
before we process your payment.
What happens if my GoCardless Transaction fails or expires?
We will send you an email letting you know we weren’t able to process your payment.
GoCardless will automatically retry the transaction an then if still unsuccesful you will be asked
to update your credit card or banking information. You’ll also be able to log a case with Customer Care to have someone personally assist you as soon as possible.
